All accounts are free to create. Any account holder found abusing his/her account may find their account suspended and actions may be taken to prevent signing up again. Online moderators review accounts and their decision is final - regardless of rules currently in place. All accounts are bound by these rules and account holders should take time to review these rules and any changes made.

Changes will be made to rules if any aspect remains unclear. Minor changes may not trigger a notification by email. Major changes will always be notified by email.

Your right to privacy is waived if you breach these rules as your details may need to be shared to prevent damage / unauthorised access / further disruption to this and any affiliated site. As with many online services, your account information may be used to deliver specific advertising (such as age or location). IP addresses are logged and can be matched to accounts for the purpose of abuse detection or to protect the servers from abuse. Anonymous statistics regarding "hits" and IP locations can be shared with third parties regardless of whether you sign up for this site or not. Game rules are subject to change following review. Players may not be notified of minor changes. Major changes may be notified by email or via the player's control panel. The game is played according to the current rules, regardless of when you signed up.

Game rules are devised by site owners. Any similarity between characters, events, places, names or other online games are purely coincidental. Some aspects of the game are formed from suggestions received by players. We take every step to ensure these ideas are unique but cannot always confirm intellectual rights. 4.1 Unsolicited links (spam)
Putting your link anywhere that it could be considered off-topic, unsolicited or otherwise disruptive is a breach of these rules and as such may lead to actions outlined in section "2.1 Abuse". We actively seek links that breach these rules and will co-operate fully with anyone who reports such abuse.

4.2 Increasing click rates
You are limited to one click per day, per computer. You may not bypass, or attempt to bypass this rule. Most attempts to bypass this rule will not be added to your total overnight. Legitimate clicks on your link may be dismissed due to similar IP addresses or other factors. We are not responsible for this and will not engage in correspondence about this. Attempting to increase your daily limit is a breach of these rules and as such may lead to actions outlined in section "2.1 Abuse".

4.3 What clicks will do
Each night, your clicks will be verified and added to your soldier count. If a user who clicks your link signs up, a commander will be added to your empire. Do not sign up dormant accounts in order to increase your commander count. Inactive accounts are automatically removed and your count adjusted.

"you" and "account holder" means any member of the site who has signed up, thereby agreeing to these rules.
